Some souvenirs from the 2nd Bergen Reggae Festival
(june 4th to 6th, 2009 – Bergen – Norway)

Volfoniq would like to thank the whole festival organisation (Per Anders, Vegar ...) for these three days of gigs and niceness with a hi quality line up from all around the world, it has been a pleasure to play there.

Big up to all the volunteers (special one to Emilie a so good artist-take-care ;) and the people we met there.

It has been a really great time in a nice country…

Quelques souvenirs du 2nd Bergen Reggae Festival
(du 4 au 6 juin 2009 – Bergen – Norvège)

Volfoniq voudrait remercier les organisateurs (Per Anders, Vegar ...) pour ces trois jours de concert avec une programmation internationale de qualité, ce fut un plaisir de jouer sur cette scène.

Un big up à tous les volontaires (avec un spécial dédicace à Emilie, une excellente accompagnatrice d’artiste ;) ainsi qu’à toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées.

Un très bon moment dans un bien beau pays…

L'association Poly'sons, organisatrice de l’évenement et active sur la scène aveyronnaise depuis plusieurs années, invite des artistes anglais, allemands, espagnols et français dans la cour du château médiéval de Saint-Izaire !

'Lafamille Music' presents Hotdrop's brand new release, 'It's a remix ting'. The spanish reggae band strikes back with this original project that has been created thanks to the collaboration of different international artists.
For the occasion, Hotdrop hits us with refreshing versions of some of the tracks included in their first record 'Ready', made by the inspired hands of several producers.

'It's a remix ting' is still scented with jamaican rythms, but also oozes cutting edge sounds such as hip hop or dubstep, surprising and refreshing the spanish reggae scene. This work, purists abstain, is sealed with the style and personality of the following emergent artists from all over the world: Process Rebel (USA), Deeproots & Bean (Romania), Jambassa (Italy), Volfoniq (France), Cut la vis (UK) y Ojah (Spain).

The tracks are genuine revisions of the original songs, pure reminiscences of what we first heard in 'Ready', stating the creative turmoil in which jamaican music is evolving currently. A unique and adventurous trip across a whole heap
of possibilities that will delight the lovers of musical challenges.
